I think the whole idea behind "soyboy" as a term is that guys are eating too much soy in their daily diet and it affects how much testosterone is produced, making these guys much more effeminate than "real" men. So at least in theory, there is no "soygirl" - the term is for weak-willed effeminate men, and women probably wouldn't be affected in the same way that a soyboy is.
It's all a bunch of 4chan horseshit anyway, so who really gives a fuck. I guess the closest term would be "tumblrina" - think of a cosplay nerd wearing a TARDIS dress saying that "normal is just a setting on a dishwasher".
