The lead assailant seems to be verifying the victim before kicking his ass, the other guy is largely ignored until he intervenes, and a female assailant rushes back to spit on the victim after the group dispersed. A lot of shit goes in that part of DC despite it being in one the "nicest" part of town; thefts, drunken assaults, robberies, mentally ill homeless people, etc. I use to work in the area before I wised up and jumped ship to the Feds to get out of the city.
