At an old job we hired a disabled lady, wheelchair bound because paralyzed from the waste down, for kind of the secretary of the department. She wore adult diapers and would straight up shit at her desk and stew in it, sometimes all day. It was fucking rancid as you can imagine. All of us went to HR before long and said something has to give. Sure enough they had a talk with her and she stopped shitting at her desk and started using the restroom.

Agreed. I was able to use it once to some effect on behalf of an elderly woman who was being sexually harassed. I had to make sure I had literally everyone else involved in check though and kept the heat on myself instead of on her. The creep of course got promoted shortly after, but after a few more battles he stopped fucking with her.
