64 y/o former Model and Relationship Coach, Angela Paul from California says her "youthful looks" are down to a diagnosis in her 20's of lupus that made her pursue a super healthy lifestyle a after being diagnosed with an inflammatory disease

Now in her mid 60's, she said people often mistake her for her daughter as SISTERS!!

Meditation and staying away from meat were the biggest factors to looking young as young men still go after her..

She's been working as a model since she was 16 but then quit because she got pregnant..at 30, she gave birth to Arielle, who is 34 who is also a mother now.

In her late 20's, she got a systemic lupus erythematosus, a long term condition that causes inflammation to the joints, skin and other organs

Her appearance attracted lots of attention, particularly men half her age who approach and some negative who accuse her of plastic surgery

Ageing well has always been her life long practice as she always ate right with fruits and veggies and limits her carbs

After she got pregnant, she had no desire to be a model anymore but be a full time mother as her husband became the sole carer

Living in California which is nearly sunny year round helped shaped her eating and exercising habits as she took care of herself constantly and ate organic as much as possible.

Now people often mistake her and her daughter as sisters and she is very flattered by the compliments

There's no secret to looking youthful in your 60s other than to exercise and eat right.

The mom does look older than the daughter, but I find the mom sexier, probably because she looks more confident and cheerful.

I always assume that old (age 60+) women are great at sex because they tell you what they want done to them and come at you instead of just lying there. I also suspect they're better to talk with while you're taking a break from sex. Is any of that accurate?

They both look okay, gave it to mom though since she's got 30 years on daughter.
