Nothing against the game, but some aspect of it gives me massive headaches whenever I play it or watch someone.

Serious answer though, it's not my thing, never played it, never really watched more than a couple minutes of anyone playing it, but it seems enjoyable if you like building stuff.

Single-player was incredibly boring to me but playing split-screen co-op was great

I once got forced into spending twenty minutes at a party trying to connect an Android to a MacBook so the kids could fuck off and do co-op Minecraft.

It didn't work.

Pretty much the perfect relaxation game.

It was fun but ultimately making anything fun was too tedious and I always lost interest before finishing it.

Was hooked when I first played it and combined it with adderall. I was borrowing laptops and then bought a 600$ computer just to play it lol. However I regretted that purchase (of course) and there was just enough wrong with the computer for me to justify returning it without lying. So I basically used it to get Minecraft out my system and returned it. I got into it again a few years later when hanging out with my niece. Now I don't have any interest in playing it anymore.

I had a ton of fun in the game, never completed any of my projects. We set up a dedicated server for the house I lived in many years ago, got some fun mods for it and screwed around for a month and then we never played it again afterwards.

My oldest set of twins love playing it, so they play on kiddo laptops and I play on my laptop as well and it's a blast to build our city and explore our world together. My son just keeps adding tower after tower to his castle and my daughter adds on to a very organized town on a strict grid pattern (that I populate with villager eggs when she's not looking).

I played it off and on for a few years, it was entertaining. I understand the love and culture for it.
