I don't follow politics too closely, but this seems to me a bit dangerous... even if he is a pro athlete. Legitimately, what are the odds something happens to him over something like this? I know back in the 70s and 80s, the Russian Red Army hockey team (that the USA defeated in the Olympics, aka the 'miracle on ice') was controlled by the government, and feared for their lives and the lives of their family if they failed. --- Ten million dollars on a losing campaign, Twenty million starving and writhing in pain.
