Had one on my left arm for two weeks because of a mishap at the plasma donation center. It just feels sore a lot of the time and then you'll get this weird aggravating pain out of nowhere.

I get hematomas all the time. Movement helps reabsorb the fluid

I'm scared of donating plasma, I assume it pays well (for a broke freshman) for a reason

The mishap was only b/c my veins are small as hell and it happened after many months of going there without issue. I wouldn't be scared of it
