What symptoms did you ignore that ended in you needing dialysis? Migraines that would cause me to throw up, my body randomly stinging all over, reoccuring gout. The migraines were the big one tho. It was my kidneys failing causing my BP to skyrocket which then just sped up my kidneys detestation. There have been days that the stench is literally indescribable its so bad. Horrible is a super nice way of putting it. Im sorry that you have to go through dialysis.
