10 more pounds and I'm taking a new badge picture at work. I've just been trying to do this in 100 pound increments... Although, I'll probably do another one when I get down to what I feel like will be an ideal weight after that. I may have about 50 - 60 more pounds to lose in total before that point. Feels good, man.

Another thing I didn't see coming... I lost a whole shoe size, too. I've essentially been buying shoes a size too big since probably my junior year of high school and never noticed. My feet were too fat for size 12s, so I've been wearing size 13s since then...

I noticed my Timberland boots were really loose and then I went to get some workout shoes and found out size 12 was actually the proper size. *Mind blown*

My only problem with this is that I had some Timberland White Serpent shoes that I can't find again...

jNEokM5

Out of all the shoes/boots I've owned in my life, those are my favorite... They're limited edition, though, so I can't find them anywhere any more.

Holy fucking shit dude, congrats! THat's incredible.

May I ask how much you started at? If not that's cool.

Regardless that's fucking impressive dude. I had lost about 40 pounds in 2 months a couple years ago, but then I gained it all back and more during my last relationship. Now that I'm single again I've been trying to at least get back down under 200, I think I'm getting close, but I honestly haven't been trying as hard this time around, haven't felt as motivated.

Interested in this too since while I'm not huge I'm still a little fat.

That's honestly amazing, I can relate to going through an extreme weight loss regime and it is not easy at all, it takes a lot of commitment and personal strength. I'm really proud of your accomplishment, keep up the good work and enjoy your new life.

On April 1 of 2018 I went back to cooking all of my food instead of eating out and eating fast food... I lost about 25 pounds from then to July 25 of 2018. On July 25th of 2018, I joined a crossfit gym. They had me use an app called Better Human to track what I eat by weight and stay under a certain amount of protein/carbs/fat/calories. I started working out there 3 times per week. Since then, I've lost 165 pounds.

That's good stuff then, glad it worked out for you! Sounds nice and simple too, which is probably the best way to do it than any fancy, complicated stuff.

And here I am struggling to work out more than twice a week and lose 10 pounds. I'll just chalk this off to you being a super human, an absolute shonen character in terms of discipline.

When it's a lifestyle, it's very difficult to wean yourself off to a healthier lifestyle as it's not a matter of choosing to do X today, and falling back to Y. You have to do X consistently. And the man hit the gym 3 times a week for over a year, that requires discipline and commitment, what your unpopular opinion ignores.

I kind of made a resolution on the day of the final Blues game last month--not "if they win I'm going to lose weight" but just "I'm going to lose weight and now's a perfect time to start."

I didn't even eat any of the bombin' pizza my table ordered at the bar. Since then I'm down ~25 pounds. I'm right there with you, bruh.

I started doing that too, recently. Its amazing what a difference cooking makes. Plus, you get better at it, and somehow its more satisfying to just know you were the chef.

Unpopular opinion, maybe rethink your life and your own choices if you feel the need to come in a thread like this and make such a scumbag comment.

That's such a scumbag comment, seriously. Food addiction is one of the biggest mental hurdles around, TC should be seriously proud of his display of willpower and I hope he didn't take you seriously at all.
