i am still a bit sore and tired, but at least the upper body is no longer soring so bad that it's hard to scratch my back.

my thighs are different tho. this week was the first leg exercise and the thighs is sore (bunches of dumbells squats) abd it's hard to go sit down or standing up.

so probably next week my legs will get accustomed to it and feel normal again like my arms and back this week
