I moisturize TWICE a day , once in the morning after showering and once before bed after washing my face! I first apply TONER because when you wash your face you upset the PH balance of your skin! You need toner to restore that PH balance! Then I use a morning eye cream to reduce dark circles and baggy eyes. Next I use a moisture lotion to add mosutre to your skin. Then a cream on top for extra dry areas (my cheeks are really dry!) avoiding the T zone where your skin gets really oily (for people with oily skin!) Afterwards, I wear SUNSCREEN it is the MOST important thing to wear you can skip everything else this is the most important. Because the SUN is extremely damaging to your skin and you will look old as FUCK and age horribly if you don't wear sunscreen! Here is a picture of IDENTICAL twins one on the left who regular wears sunscreen and the right who regularly dOES NOT put on sun screen! What a difference! Make sure you buy a sunscreen that is at least 30 spf which blocks 97 of the sun's rays. YOU SHOULD BE WEARING SUNSCREEN even if you do not come in DIRECT contact with the sun's rays. there are TWO types of DANGEROUS UV radiation that can damage your skin!! UVA is what most people think of when they think of UV radiation! Those are sun burns after spending a sunny day at the beach and you didnt use sun screen! but UVA is not the only way you get sun radiation damage... UVB is what happens when INDRIECT sunlight BOUNCES OFF and hits your skin and kills your skin slowly and unnoticiably... like a FROG in slowly boiling water.................... EVEN if you're sitting insdie in an office everyday next to a window, you are succeiptible to UVB DAMAGE! WEAR SUNCSREEN EVEN IF UR INDOORS because not only it makes you really young but also helps prevent SKIN CANCER! Anyway after you come home from work/school/home you need to wash off all that dirt and nasty stuff you just put on your face! The procedure is the same except don't wear the sunscreen since hteres no sun. Instead you should be applying a RETINOL cream to help get rid of signs of aging RETINOL is the only SCIENTIFICALLY proven CHEMICAL THING to reduce signs of aging. Don't believe in vitamin c, collagen and other BULL SHIT that is not scientifically proven... use RETINOL and read more about it cause it may causes IRITATION and REDNESS RETINOL SHOULD only be used at NIGHT since the ingredients DEACTIVATE when exposed to sunlight.
