Its taken me many years of patience and practice, but Im out of college (wtf is sleep in college OR high school) in a decent enough position and have created a budget spreadsheet. I'm $63k in debt with my wife, and we're working 5 jobs and have managed to salvage our evenings together.

I try to be the best version of myself I can be every day so I can hit the pillow every night with 0 regrets. It's helped a lot. I feel weightless some days and I don't use caffeine.

I do yoga when I wake up and yoga when I go to bed, even if only for 5 minutes.

I sleep very well. Helps not to sweat the small stuff, and also try to be mindful of the present even if the present is a mundane task.

My dream is to gtfo of debt. Should be out in a year if I continue working 60 hrs a week... wish my parents had known better, but I dont blame them for not knowing better. I had an awesome childhood and theyre my best friends.

Btw thats an awesome comic lol

Usually? Yes. But my metabolism starts to go whack when I start going heavy on cardio, losing weight, etc. Hormones and everything.

At night? No. At day? Yes. Had that reverse clock since childhood.

I only get 5 or so hours of sleep on day-before-work nights because I refuse to only have like 6 hrs of 'free' time after work before bed.

Generally I still have enough energy to be awake and do stuff but occasionally I have to take a 2-3 hr nap in the evening because I'm so tired I'd rather sleep than do anything else

Its weird. Recently, Ive been getting small amounts of sleep that feel like much longer. Like, I started waking up early for work. Then Ill try to go back to sleep to get a little more before work. Ill go to sleep at like 9:00am, feel like I slept for a couple of hours, then look at my phone to realize its only 9:15am. So, I slept for 15 minutes, but it felt like a few hours...

Nope. I typically wake up two or more times each night. I generally feel like I could use more sleep during the week. Days off are usually good though as I don't have to wake up to an alarm. I just wake up when I feel like it.

Only if I'm drunk. Anxiety, the need to pee or someone waking me up makes sure I don't sleep too much. I'm lucky to get 6 hours right through without something bothering me. I am a light sleeper though.

I wake up multiple times a night to either pee or have a smoke, I can sleep anywhere between 6-9 hours a night, which is more than enough. I must be one of those people who don't act like death when they don't get 8 straight hours of uninterrupted sleep lulz.

On that note the lack of sleep has never really bothered me.
