I doubt that'll happen but I wonder if they can just camp outside Area 51, and then even more people will come and eventually it will basically just be like a march on Area 51 for transparency.

I also read a local Fox station's website that said something like they 'plan to make an attack strategy right outside Area 51' hahahaha. Wtf? That sounds like something out of a cartoon. If anything, they would plan it over the Internet, but it's not like their plan would have a chance if the government decided that they don't care about 300,000 people dying.

March for something actually useful. Like the Wendy's HQ for the Frosty recipe.

I think it would be greatly useful. It would dial some people's egos back a bit, and I think that's needed GREATLY today. Also, it might start a movement for curiosity and science.

I don't see how what you quoted has to do with what you said.

But you're saying that once someone charges in and dies, a bunch of people will demand the army goes soft and lets them in? But then that means you're being optimistic, not me. What I'm saying is that I would be surprised if they actually went into the restricted area. Some will. There are too many people for some to not go in I think... What I am optimistic about is that the government would have a way to stop them from even charging. I'm optimistic also about the government reacting in a way these 300,000 people would want, without having to attempt to go into Area 51.

Like I said, I think it could just turn into a mass movement for transparency and people will just camp outside as close as they can without being hurt.

But if you're referring to the 'curiosity and science' part, yeah I think you would be incredibly pessimistic to think that if there are aliens, that it would not jumpstart people's curiosity and passion for finding out more about what's out there. But that's only if there are aliens. If it's all just jets and other military stuff then it won't really do anything.

I'm talking about a bunch of people try to attempt to infiltrate area 51 thinking nothing will go wrong.

I don't think these people are all fearless and/or naive. But I do think they at least want to be seen and be part of a movement to make steps toward learning about what they can't know about.

I'm also skeptical about the government allowing all those people to do die, say, if they actually did just decide to charge like some massive zombie hoard. I don't think the government could allow that. I think they would have to fear the reaction of the public. The government has months to plan for this event and lower their defenses or communicate back to these people on the news or whatever.

Imagine one of them employs their actual ninja skills. Siphon Filters their way inside using the chaos the others have caused. Genjutsu's past any internal security measures such as a lockdown or contingents of armed guards at the important areas. Winds his way deep inside the base, past the security cameras, aircraft, and spy drones... only to turn a corner and be face to face with a real life alien creature. He falls to the floor, spilling Cheetos out of his bug out fanny pack. The creature pierces his mind with its gaze, as he lays sniveling on the floor and wetting himself from the horror and loss of control of his own body. The creature waves it's hand and a nearby switch is pressed, activating a force field that emanates from the center of the base and evaporates anyone who is not yet coded into the genetic registry of the base(sorry new guys, security hadn't cleared you yet). All the raiders die except the ones who were just there to watch and are out of range. Soldiers begin rounding them up, some are never seen again, others are released after being fed a story of an emp being set off and triggering an experimental weapon. The news simply reports a terrorist/vigilante attack gone wrong.

I mean seriously, what do they hope to accomplish? If they truly think the place has alien technology, why wouldn't it be used against them?
