It may not be ideal but that looks like a better diet than most people have

Turkey = nothing because I use basic arrows.

Venison = adout $8 for six months using a 30-6

Variety of fish = about $10 a year depending on lures I lose to rockbeds and such.

Grow my own broccoli, carrots, potatoes, corn.

Spend about $800 on moose, elk and buffalo meat processing every few years.

$200 a year on chicken feed

Live self sufficient

Yes, it is generally considered acceptable to compensate someone for performing a specialized service that one cannot do, or cannot do particularly well, or don't want to do.

You always make fun of your past Target co-workers because they're stuck in a dead end low minimum wage job. I assume you make more money compared to them...

How many moose, elk and buffalo are you taking to the cutter each year and how much does it cost to get one done?

The moose and elk I hunt, mostly out of Quebec. On a good year, I bring in about 8 elk and 4 moose, all cows(the meat is better on females). I buy my buffalo because theres not a lot of hunting options now and the hunting options are unfair. Pay X amount to hunt animals in a field? Fuck that.

It all depends on what I want done but on average about $60-$80 an a kill. I skin and tan all my kills so I save/lose some money there. If I gave them my hides Id save some $$$. But I want those for myself. My girls make beautiful things outta those skins.

Thanks. Although, this year cost me a lot on lures. I lost a few Rapala lures that got stuck and I couldnt get them out. $18 worth gone but fuck if they dont work, my fault for getting them stuck. Im back to spinner, crank baits and perch rigs.
