It's a Nintendo franchise, but Niantic are the developers

Despite how people act like Niantic botched the game at the start, they're doing a way better job of making their game fun (without dropping gobs of cash to do so) unlike Nintendo themselves are

Super Mario Run was fun but the game not doing so well and then FE Heroes making them money hand over fist with the gacha model kinda ruined the rest of their games for me because of how they're structured and monetized

Yeah it sucks. I don't think the mobile market will ever be for me considering what rises to the top. I guess that's the result of racing to the bottom.
