Definitely agree. Epitome of games that go nowhere gameplay wise. It would of been fine if it was like 2 and was 70% story instead of 90% gameplay. 2 was a slog but it progressed at a good pace and gave you different things to do which kept you interested.

It's got great atmosphere. The cars, the music, the guns, the city. But it's just a generic open world Ubisoft copy game. It barely had anything to hold my attention. I've actually been thinking about finishing it recently but It's hard getting motivated.

Just do the missions and skip collecting things on the map. It becomes decent that way.
