Zombies are slow. Regenerators can be locked into a room. Ganados can run and open doors and the tyrant can bust through walls..

Either way youd be screwed. Zombies would be easier to get around than ganados, but youd have the tyrant constantly on your tail. The regenerator wouldnt really be a problem unless you got stuck in a room with it. You could easily avoid it once you found out where it is.
