Used to take 1 day break between exercise every time i come home from work.

It goes like this

Monday - 30 minutes cardio
Tuesday- break
Wed - 60 minutes weight lifting
Thursday- break
Friday - 30 mins cardio
Saturday and sunday break cos i am a lazy asshole

But i decided to do it everydat except sunday, and it is friday night now.

-Monday 30 mins cardio
-tuesday 45 mins weight lifting
-wed cardio again
-Thursday lift again
-today cardio again
-tomorrow lifting again
And i take a break on sunday.

I feel double tired. My calf ache, my biceps, triceps, and back ache too.

When does this get easier dang.

Make sure to drink 2 gallons of whole milk a day and lift weights in a kiddie pool of milk.

Every day is a little much imo. Give yourself some rest days and just go harder when you do go.

This. Rest can be just as important as the workout.

Pick up your pace with cardio or go longer. Increase the weight or reps during lifting. Thats a better way of doing it than simply doubling the days you workout.

I know, but i doesnt feel like making progress before. I dont feel my stamina has increased in both cardio and weights.

Maybe part like because i take most of june not working out because i was recovering from dengue fever after 4 days hospitalization and injuring my ankle.

You're exercising for less than an hour every day.

Haha. Hahahahaha. Oh man.

What are you trying to achieve?

Just general inprovement on health, strength and stamina i guess. Not really interested in bodybuilding and all of that jazz. But it would feel nice to be able to run for more than 100 meters and domt feel like my soul departed this shitty body.

I am also trying to lose weight. Trough diet i have lost 15 kg since february. Started at 121 kg, i am 106 kg now

You need rest days - combine some of the days into longer workouts and have days off so the body can recover and repair to build new muscle.

Why don't you do like cardio then some higher rep lifting at lower weights then on one day the rest and repeat?

That's good. You are already losing weight at a good rate. You probably don't need to raise your exercise so fast

If you're losing weight and also trying to build yourself up you'll run into some issues. It's not impossible but it's typically harder than the cut/bulk cycle. Also you're only a week in. Give your body time to adjust if you're going to stay with this.

Personally I'd do lifting, cardio, day off, repeat as my schedule. It gets you more than you were doing before without killing yourself.

If you're tired, then you're over-doing it. There's really no reason to push yourself so hard; you're not doing your body any favors. You should ease into a routine, not straight up double it smh.

Hmm that actually makes more sense than my current plan lol

I will try it for several more days, if i still feel like a punching bag, i will slide in a rest day

That's pretty much what I do except I do cardio for an hour instead of 30 minutes. I don't think it so much gets better as it is you get used to being sore. I've taken some weeks off before, and it's remarkable how much better I felt those days. I don't bother with extra rest days though because I end up feeling sore the first day back regardless of how much time I take.

This is only really true for seasoned lifters though. TC seems pretty new.
