F* this judge 89.47% (17 votes) 17 69 y/o Judge Windbag, James Troiano from New Jersey is fighting back against critics for showing leniency on a 16 y/o boy who RAPED a girl at an alcohol fueled pajama party and gave him NO PUNISHMENT because the boy came from a "good family" who was destined for a TOP COLLEGE!! He refused to try the teen at a adult court because the claims weren't a "traditional case of rape" and that the boy had not shown any "calculation or cruelty" The now retired judge who was asked to fill a vacancy even complained that the victim had not been told the devastating effect that a full adult would have His decision has been overturned by a higher court in a highly critical 14 page ruling warning him of any bias toward privileged perps The boy, only named GMC had assaulted a 16 y/o called "Mary" at a party attended by 30 teens. Both had been drinking and the boy filmed himself RAPING the drunk girl in a dark room and then shared the footage with friends that said "When your first time having sex was rape" While on the sofa, a group of boys sprayed febreze on Mary's bottom and slapped with such force that she had hand marks on her buttocks. She was left vomiting with bruise marks and was driven home by her mom When she told her mom that "sexual things" had happened, her family pursued criminal charges against the boy.
