I've never had one before. My stomachs been hurting for like 4 days and I've been having semi diarrhea but it's not bloody or anything. If it's an ulcer will it just go away on its own?

First before ANYTHINGdrink some water NOW. If youve had bad diarrhea for days, you are no doubt dehydrated. If youre not drinking enough water, you can perpetuate and prolong your condition and end up really, I mean reaaally fucked up.

Now that youve drank at least 16oz of water...

Yeah I think ulcers cause a wide range of pain well before they would burst/bleed (but I could be wrong).

You could have a bad stomach virus. Ive had one that lasted 2 and 1/2 days, and the pain was like sharper than cramps, but it wasnt constant, every second, consistently. It was more in waves, in between the massive amounts of poop water that came spraying out of my butthole the instant i sat down on the toilet.

Just go to the doctor. In the meantime until your appointment, drink fluidsprobably water to be safeand be careful about eating anything else. You can dehydrate very quickly if you are not drinking enough water. Its weird how diarrhea does that to you more so than peeing a bunch does...I dont understand it myself, but whatever.

I've had a stomach ulcer, and I'll list what I felt:

- Constant heartburn and burning sensation in the stomach, burping up acid.
- In my case, stomach wouldn't empty properly into small intestine, so there was a gnawing/sharp pain.
- I was always hungry, but could barely eat much before getting full because of the sort of ulcer I had.
- I would feel my stomach "turn" and it'll make me dizzy, and it was difficult to keep my balance.
- I was always sweating because of the over acid production/failure to empty out.

It took almost 3 months to get over, too. I ate nothing but rice, bread, and pasta, things that take the stomach a while to digest in order to buffer and keep the acid busy.

id say the first 2 symptoms apply to me, but thats about it. Damn, 3 months?? Most of the things I see online say they should be treated with antibiotics, did it just go away on its own then?

Ok yeah I am trying to drink a lot of water, my pee is pretty clear so i dont think im dehydrated? The pain isn't very intense for now, i'm just worried it'll become worse. I figure if it becomes unbearable, or i start shitting blood before I can go see my doctor I'll go into urgent care or something.

I'm on my phone so sorry if I type it all mixed up. You could just eat a clove of garlic a day but that's nasty but it does help you heal faster if you have an ulcer anyways follow this diet instead you're going to eat like a kid.

Buy some bananas and eat 3 a day spaced out, buy some gala apples as well and eat 2 a day these help you poop normally and are only sugars. No acidic stuff at all. Dairy helps out a lot. Eat ice cream only these flavors vanilla/chocolate/cookies and cream only no other flavors besides those eat it in the night to help you sleep better. Honey nut Cheerios to cancel out the sugars from the fruit and ice cream and lower your heart burn you might obtain with this diet. Eat plain a sandwich ham/turkey/bologna with cheese. No pickles, no tomatoes, no acids at all you can add lettuce and avocado if you want. Buy canned tuna with water only and eat it with crackers no salty crackers and eat it as plain as possible make a small salad but don't add a bunch mayo or stuff. Homemade chicken noodle soup not that ramen crap from the store. Avoid acids in general. No greasy food, no deep fried food that includes fried rice. Avoid corn syrup foods. Drink only water or milk. You can drink almond/coconut milk from Silk brand.

Here's an example.

Morning eat honey nut Cheerios with milk. Drop a banana in it or eat it separately.

Eat an apple as a snack

Lunch eat a tuna/chicken/turkey sandwich, eat tuna/chicken salad or chicken soup

Eat an apple and banana for a snack

Dinner Same as lunch unless you're a strict diet or full then eat the last banana and the apple here.

Eat some ice cream.

Did you get chills, and the feeling of a huge lump in the throat as well?

acidic juice - orange or apple juice hurts to drink.
sip. it takes minute to know. you drink it youll be in pain.

if it is ulcer...
avoid greasy foods
think milk also gets the stomach acid going too.

honey is nice. yogurt is nice too. honey yogurt helped soothe the pain for me. i was buckling on the ground in pain and yogurt alleviated the pain. i did yogurt for months and probiotic shots. it was my snack. later i stopped probiotic drinks after a month. also, that stomach pain happened to buckle me down on the floor at my brothers house and his 4-6 yr old kids were sitting on my head while i was down. truly not the pain you want happening around some punk kids lol

if you have chills, pale, drowsy, fatigued, and blood pressure is really high, you maybe anemic think you should see someone. my ulcer did that to me and my body was fighting an infection in my digestive system. the blood comes later in digestive infections. well it did for me.

if really really need immediate help, go to a doctor. if you dont, omephrozole is over the counter you can buy to slow stomach acid. but you should consult. no idea whats going on without proper tests.
