I had overall better experiences working with female bosses, and male bosses were often worse and inconsiderate jerks. I wish there were more female bosses tbh

Gender's never really been an indicator of good management at my workplaces. Whenever I've had to deal with a jackass supervisor, it had nothing to do with their biology. They were just assholes individually...

In my college days I had female bosses at like summer jobs and such, and they were cool. But for one of my "real" jobs my boss was kind of incompetent. Like she was really smart and knew the science stuff behind the work. But it was her first time being a manager and she had no idea how to be in charge. That is more a lack of skill than necessarily because she was female.

But I will say I deal with male bosses being dicks better than female bosses being bitchy. Bitchiness just rubs me the wrong way.

Worked for many women. Only time I have had issues with them due to their gender is when they constantly pull the woman card when things aren't going the way that they want. That's definitely a thing sometimes but it's not always a thing.
