Sadly, the gym I've been going to for just over 11 months closed down. There's another one a couple miles away and I just did a free class today, then signed up for a membership after the workout.

How's your diet? It's going pretty well. My nutrition coach recently increased my macros again, so now: Gym days: - 165g protein - 200g carbs - 60g fat - 2000 calories total Non-gym days - 159g protein - 190g carbs - 57g fat - 1909 calories total +/- 5g on protein/carbs/fat, and I think it's +/- 5% on calories. I've now lost 185 pounds, and I'm down to 260.6 pounds as of this morning. I haven't been at this weight since probably my junior year of high school.
