But at work I get shit done. And as for bathroom break only if I can pull someone who is A. Trained enough in the position that they can handle 5 minutes without me. Which cuts about 60% of the staff away since they don't have access to what I need access to. If someone came up in that time. B. Their position is slow enough or well covered enough that they can leave their spot for 5 minutes. And C. They say yes they will cover. For the first 2 hours of my shift that isn't too bad as it's a slow time, but the last 6 and a half are busy and it can be hard to grab someone. --- I am awesome and so are you.
