Current Events > Moved into a cheap ass apartment today

The place is pretty big but since it was super cheap, I knew there would be some weird quirks about it. It has its own washer and dryer which the guy didn't install properly so a few hours into unpacking I notice the carpet is damp and sure enough it's coming from the laundry room. I ask him to come and fix it and he says it'll be 2-3 days before a "service tech" will come and fix it, and not to use it until then.

Also they did a fucking awful job of cleaning the place. These little rail things in the freezer have a coating of black gunk on the inside of them and there's dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere. I also keep finding random chinese newspapers hidden around like a fucking collectable item.
