I have been looking for a better job. And so many places make you fill out their own page and form. I hate it so much, they have my Resume and they still want that crap. I think they do it to weed people out . Since people can be turned away from doing those forms. Like I have applied to 18 places tonight all with those forms. I was looking at doing another one and I just said to myself not tonight.

And I know this is a me issue and will not affect many others, but my issues with written expression get worse as I get tired and the nights goes on. So each time I am doing that I am worried about my mistakes.

I don't want to but I am thinking about going back in the the prison system. But I hated that so so much. Each night I would come on with goosebumps because I hated in that place so much. The smell the inmate. But at least they called back.

Honestly don't even bother with most applications that can't be instantly submitted in something like Indeed, anymore. Sure the low barrier of entry means the post will be flooded & they'll most likely never actually look at my application, but most positions either never call anyway and/or just spend months being re-posted, until they most likely get filled by someone's buddy or cousin.
