Board 8 > Outrage after the NYPD were DUPED into thinking THIS was a DEAD BABY!!!!

Officials in NYC were fooled into thinking a 3 month old baby had been found dead but instead it was an "extremely realistic looking doll"!!

It was found face down in front of a home across Crocheron Park and it was created to look like it was decomposing as it was costumed in a diaper and tee shirt that read "the crawling dead" where it was hidden from view...

Police initially taped off the area considering it was a full blown crime scene before realizing they were duped

Police responded after a runner stumbled upon the toy and thought it was a human child as it laid next to a brick retainer wall.

Paramedics initially declared the toy to be a dead baby that appeared to have a purple and bluish skin as if it appeared rotting.

Once they lifted the shirt, they knew it wasn't an actual human and see a shirt that said the crawling dead.

They are now working to determine whether the 911 caller was the person who left the doll there to dupe them and they could be charged for filing a false report
