Wow, and to think I wouldn't have gotten the true ending if I didn't do damn near all the sidequests.
Kinda tired of these silly "dream" endings even though the game made an effort to circumvent it ... Copied to Clipboard!

It technically wasn't a dream ending. The world ended but Dana's actions created a brand new world.

Pretty sure only the main party members remember her. Everyone else has no idea the whole Eternia/Primordial/Dana stuff ever happened, since in this timeline/world, it never did.
