I have had pain in my right arm for most of my life, but it would likely take surgery to fix it. I have started using my left hand instead more often and I am getting better pretty rapidly.

Are there any things that have seemed to be an inconvience as a left-hander? Like I noticed that my camera and pretty much every camera I have seen has mainly been designed for right-hand use.

Watch the rotation on power tools. I lost control of a grinder I was running left-handed and took a good chunk of skin off my right finger.

I'm ambidextrous but tend to favor my right hand with things that would be cumbersome to a lefty. Scissors are a good example. Spiral notebooks sucked in school, which is why I now favor writing right handed. It's really quite annoying sometimes. I tie a neck tie like righties do, but a bow tie like a lefty.

Indeed. Thankfully I can shoot righty well enough and most modern bullpups offer good solutions for lefties, but you have to tinker with them. I tend to prefer guns that are fully ambi (or close enough) anyway.

Using power tools like a circular saw is a bit of a pain but you can adjust pretty quick

We did archery recently and the instructor made me do it right handed which worked fine.

Yea I have a bias with my left hand as I eat and write with it. I can alternate between left and right though for most things.

I thought I was the only one. I only use my left hand to write and hold chopsticks. I even hold knife with my right. But I think I hold spoon with my left.

I'm glad I use right hand for every thing else otherwise unable to use WASD and a normal mouse would be crap.

On the bright side, we have an advantage in combat sports.

Ooo also I play my instruments (mostly guitar and violin) right handed but I feel like we've been lied to forever. it makes way more sense as a lefty for my left hand to be fretting the neck.
