Notice that tc is the kind of person who makes up stories about being with women that are all fake. Do you really want to agree with anything he says?

Dude, any person - regardless of gender - threatening or coercing someone into having sex with them, is rape. The consent wasn't openly given.

It's a pretty decent show with a rough start. Kinda like a mix of Lost and Battlestar Galactica with a big dose of CW melodrama

^ so the series, The 100 takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, where there are two groups - one that lived on a space station for about 100 years after nuclear bombs went off, and the other one that rose from the remnants of those who stayed on Earth

the people on the space station were running out of resources, and sent 100 teens back to earth to see if it was livable/as a means to cut back on amount of people breathing up the air, and that's when the two groups come across each other, and their interactions often end up being antagonistic.

I forget what exactly is happening in the scene from the OP, but the guy is from the space station, and the woman is from the earth group (a grounder)

oh...she's trying to ascend to commander and he's pretending to be her advisor, a ruse set up by her previous advisor who committed suicide. she doesn't trust him knowing that he's not a real advisor and came from the sky group as the previous poster mentioned

Yeah my first thought was that this was a game of thrones type situation with him being a prisoner or something but it seems its actually a lot more complex than that. Sounds interesting.
