ok, turns out the steaming didn't go so well - it gave the burger a very nice golden crisp on the outside on ONE side, but the bottom seems regular... Iguess you have to flip them in this thing.

It was good, ima make another.

Ok, I GOTTA try this out on a nice steak. This thing maximizes the maillard-ness without destroying the insides.
