What they do is grab them, take them to the bathroom, change their clothes, give them a quick haircut and dye job, and then just leave the store with them. Even if their parents see them, they won't recognize them.

That's why my family shops at Target.

That seems awfully hard to get away with doing all of that without the kid screaming, and with as many people who shop at wal-mart it seems unlikely that someone wouldn't go into the bathroom while they're doing all of that.
