I called the representative that spoke with my wife earlier today and he wouldnt answer, multiple times. He convinced her to upgrade to a package that I dont want and that cant be used with the equipment we own (Netgear, 300 mbps) so they want to charge us more and have us rent equipment after we move. Thats what this whole thing is about: Im moving and need to transfer service.
I spoke with another guy after calling the main line and he said that the representative from earlier will call me back to sort it out. Its been like 30 minutes now and its 5pm. He is probably out the door now. These assholes are gonna get called the fuck out today or tomorrow. Btw, right now we own a modem and router that do 300 mbps and only have a plan to do 100 down. Ask to speak with a manager. If it's like most call centers employees are responsible for their own sales and if another employee cancels someone else's sale they're an ass, or if another employee changes a sale (like lowering a tier here) they dont benefit from it at all and wont waste their time.
