It was mostly untextured polygons, you start on a bottom floor and you just climb up... that's it
The whole game is just climbing up. I think the base floor was a teal-ish mushroom forest, maybe... but you eventually breech the sky. There's a few fixed cities every few milestones, but they are VERY VERY far apart. I think the areas between these fixed cities are procedurally generated, but I also think the game was multiplayer so that doesn't seem right... I can't remember --- "Salt cures Everything!" Sounds a bit like the first Final Fantasy game for the original Game Boy - most of the game revolved around you climbing a tower with the occasional city to get stuff from

Grow Home? It'd be quite a bit older than that. If it's real I would have played it before Papers Please came out, because that marks when I changed my buying schedule. --- "Salt cures Everything!" My YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/Nirakolov/videos ... Copied to Clipboard!

Ok, I seem to be missing a piece of my internet history
I discovered the game I'm thinking of (if real) from a lets play, around the same time I discovered games like HOLDOVER, suteF and Demonophobia... And I was pretty sure they were all DeceasedCrab Let's Plays... And then it comes to Demonophobia... I KNOW there were "loli puncher" memes, but I can't find them! It's like they've been scrubbed from the internet. --- "Salt cures Everything!" My YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/Nirakolov/videos ... Copied to Clipboard!
