Looks like remedial English might be needed in addition to your area of concentration

I would advise against it.

The true value of an MBA is the network of classmates and maybe even professors you build there, and the job and networking opportunities that come with it.

Getting an MBA is only worth it if you go to a top tier (read: elitist) school, and on top of that, online is out as a real choice, you will do zero networking if its online.

Lets start with this question: why do you want an MBA?

I'd say avoid getting a Master's unless you have a very specific need for it.

i'd like to move up into mgmt in the next few years, i feel it would look good on a resume & be a good way to bridge some of the gaps in my knowledge (finance & mgmt being the big ones)

This is a very legit reason.

Given that your company will pay for a big chunk, why not apply to the most elite school that would take you?

Its all about the networking when it comes to MBAs.

What is your job?

dont have the time to do it in person, online seems more convenient, cheaper (company will only pay a certain amount per year), and honestly a little easier

right now i manage the ERP & associated applications for a midsized company

I mean if your employer is going to pay for it, there is no loss, only good things can come from it, I take.
