Okay finally had a chance to watch this.

I like that it looks more grounded and less blatantly fanfic than The Force Unleashed, though that's not saying alot. The ability to freeze time at will seems a bit much.

The "secret jedi during the dark times" is such an overdone story that I kind of hate it. Would it be so bad just to have a game star Luke instead of some Luke proxy?

I thought the graphics looked fine except the Wookies, who look like garbage for some reason.

I'm not sure why all the enemies have health bars when they seem to die in just a couple hits. I assume their health is lowered for demo purposes.

If EA doesnt fuck this up somehow I'll probably pick it up. I played through TFU multiple times and the Jedi Knoght games. It's just my thing.

Eh, it's overdone but there's plenty of stories to tell given the time this game takes place (between 3 and 4. Plenty of jedi who survived order 66 went into hiding. Like Ashoka).

That's exactly what I mean when I say it's overdone. There is a veritable army of secret jedi helping to fight against the Empire, all of whom are oblivious to each other's existence and are the only hope for the galaxy despite not accomplishing much in nearly 20 years.

1313? I was bummed about that, too. Really hope EA loses the SW contract when their time is up. So much squandered potential, all because EA wants to push "games as a service" and doesn't believe single player games have enough earning potential.

Not sure why exactly it was even cancelled, but it was about Boba Fett!

It was being made and published by Lucasarts then. May have been just Disney cancelling it, that's around when they bought Star Wars.
