Started sometime yesterday. Got really bad over night.

Can't breathe out of nose barely. Head feels swelled up to size of basketball. Nose runs almost continuously. Throat hurts from drainage and coughing.

Mild fever. Was last checked at 100.6. which internet says isn't bad for adults. My normal body temp is like 97.5.

Have been using arm and Hammer nasal spray to try to irrigate sinuses.

Stupid summer illness.

I get frequent sinus infections, I sympathize with those symptoms.. stuffed nose, cant breathe, headache and all. I've switched up my methods of treatment. Using over the counter allergy meds and drinking tons of water seems to work alot better than sinus meds for me.

Eucalyptus oil can help clear sinuses too. Bought a small oil diffuser and a small bottle and it's a nice pleasant smell.

Not much help with the fever but might help with the sinus part and offer some relief.

Hmm. I actually have some kind of eucalyptus oil body wash my aunt bought me when my anxiety was really bad. I don't really use it very often. Maybe I'll try it tomorrow when I shower
