So a good work friend is transferring to a different state. We had his sendoff tonight. One margarita and many beers later I'm home on the couch after a ride from my co-worker.
It's like a dull roar. Like a background noise. Looked it up, apparently pretty common. Goes away after a few hours. I've had it before, but it has been a while. Always seems weird. I don't think it has much to do with the booze itself, pretty sure it's because you were at, let me guess, a loud bar with blaring music and people shouting in your ears just to have a conversation?

Restaurant/bar. I don't think it was that loud. Maybe it was. Perception is of course changed under the influence

It is saying you have had enough to drink and if you keep drinking you are going to get the spins.
