I live in New England, and it seems to ever hardly rain anymore, and not anything like it did as a kid. There would be at least one good heavy rain per week (seemingly)

It's the complete opposite this year in Nebraska. One of the worst winters on record, followed by a massive melt and record shattering floods, and then one of the rainiest springs on record, which is keeping the river levels high. May was 200 to 300% above normal for precipitation.
I-29 had been shut down in April because of the flooding, they finally got it completely open in mid May, only to have to shut it down again on the 29th because it flooded again! ... Copied to Clipboard!

I live in New England and no. Either last year or the year before was the most snow we had in nearly a decade, and this year it's rained noticeably more than normal
