been good so far. the only hang up i had was gmail had those blocky, windows ui scroll bars so i had to edit some.. uh.. files... and uh.. i dunno i just followed a tutorial and got rid of them.

any recommended firefox extensions? im just using ublock, lastpass, and i think thats it.

Wait, what? Chrome removed adblock? I'm still not seeing ads. Although that might be because I'm using Ublock Origin, so maybe I still have that working.

nah they're going to rework the API that'll make it difficult to block ads starting in the fall, rendering all adblock addons pretty much useless.

google says itll make web browsing faster, but i mean... they sell ads so...

I've been using Brave. Far quicker than chrome or firefox, I'm actually impressed. There is an adblock feature, though if you agree to view specific ads you're credited a cryptocurrency token (BAT).

I'm looking into this, and I'm really liking it. Seems like everyone is giving it pretty good reviews too. Do you know if there's a way to sync it with your google account though, so it keeps track of all your passwords and everything?


I'm unsure on that personally...I haven't looked much into the deeper settings tbqh. All I can say is that it is INSANELY fast load speeds, I've never gotten an ad I didn't agree to view, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the overall performance as it exceeds the experiences I've had with chrome, EI, safari, and firefox.

the crypto is just an added benefit really. I'm slightly biased as an early supporter though.
