Got an interview through a recruiting company, they sent the job site my resume and the executive director really liked it. Had an interview with the executive director, then at the end of the call she said that "on Monday she'll be contacting [my] recruiter about next steps."

Does that mean I probably got it? I'm kind of confused about why she would be contacting the recruiter at all actually

to tell them they didn't like you and to send more resumes

Uh because they're using the recruiter to find candidates. They basically use them as the middleman to handle the process so they go through them to make offers and do the leg work.
