Is it randomly generated? And if so, is it the kind of randomly generated game where it feels like there's lots to do like in Terraria (different genre, but still)?

Is it randomly generated? And if so, is it the kind of randomly generated game where it feels like there's lots to do like in Terraria (different genre, but still)? It's a cross almost between Sins of a Solar Empire and Civilization, if you're familiar with those. If you've played other Paradox grand strategy games it's very similar Everything is randomly generated at the start of a new game I can last several hours to days on a session depending on the settings. --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console.
