Trump has to win in 2020 (or else he's screwed)

He WILL win in 2020 unless democrats take responsibility. By that I mean do their duty to go for an impeachment inquiry regardless of the Senate. It still leads to public exposure which will mess with his chances in 2020 just by virtue of being a scandal. Remember Bill Clinton's scandal just for brushing Monica's teeth? It's a more serious case against Donald.

Obstruction of justice
Collusion with Russians
2 campaign finance felonies
Abuse of power and undermining separation of powers
Emoluments clause violation

Yes. Like I said

Let's see, there's Biden the serial rapist, Sanders the communist socialist, Warren, the corporate stooge and Buttigieg the complete fraud.

Yeah, Trump's gonna be just fine.

They called Hillary all of those and she still almost won.

I don't recall anyone calling Hillary a serial rapist. Whatever other problems she may have, I don't know anyone that considers her a creep or untrustworthy around children. That's going to hurt Biden a lot. No one in this country will vote for someone who engages in inappropriate touching or behavior.

It's times like this when I am reminded that you are just a well crafted troll/poe.

Where is this supposedly large swath of Americans that believe in fringe crap like pizzagate and held it against Hillary? If you ask people why they didn't vote for Hillary, you're probably going to hear the same few answers over and over again... that they vote Republican, that they thought she was crooked, or that they only wanted Bernie. I know a lot of very anti-Hillary people, and not one believes in that pizzagate crap or thinks Hillary is creepy around kids.

No, they just said she was part of a pedo pizza ring.

That was a weird conspiracy that was perpetuated in the the fringes of the internet. Average Americans didn't know it existed and wouldn't have taken it seriously.

Most things like what you described don't become mainstream enough to get episodes of crime drama television programs dedicated to them.

I still can't quite figure out what they'd impeach him for. The Mueller report stated there was no evidence of any collusion or obstruction of justice. It doesn't mean he's innocent of those crimes, but it does mean there is zero evidence as of this moment. This is why our justice system is predicated on the notion of "guilty" or "not guilty" and not "innocent" and "guilty". Campaign finance felonies would be, at worst, a fine for Trump. I'm not sure what abuse of power you're referring to, but he's allowed to do certain things under executive privilege. Not sure what you're referring to with the Emoluments clause, but if it's about that bank thing back in 1994, as far as I understand it (and I'm not an expert by any means in property or anything like that) but the bank itself collaborated with funds from Russia; not Trump.

As far as obstruction goes, as my understanding, he DID NOT fire Mueller. Talking about firing Mueller isn't a crime. Do we really wanna open pandora's box with going after thought crimes?

Its a case of... elect him again, and in 4 years we will no longer have to worry about him, or get him out of office and jail him.

2020 is going to be an interesting year. Supposedly we have a bunch of celebs going for the presidency, and then you have Bernie... who I think said he is going to run as an independent?

Sanders doesn't seem to learn. He lost as a Democrat last time, because his own party pushed him out. Had they not done that, they might have actually had a Democrat President for the past 4 years. How will this time be any different? If Hilary decides to run again, its a repeat of last time.

As for the celebs, while she may be the only one announced, there are hints that Kanye, The Rock, and even Chris Rock have hinted at running. I wouldn't be against Chris Rock as president, since he would cut out all the bullshit.... hopefully.
