Long story short, friend is trying to get her kids back from an abusive ex boyfriend. She wants me to testify that shes a good mother. Im fine with that. Guys a PoS and she is a good mom overall.

She was speaking with a lawyer, but he hasnt even told her if he will take her case or not yet according to her. Also, trial is tomorrow at 11am.

So Im going to head down there, but lets say lawyer doesnt take the case, which seems likely. Can she just call me up from the audience and I testify? I have literally zero clue on how this works so...yeah.
