Well I got to go so they don't take my parental rights to my daughter. I already know the mother isn't showing and my kids sisters other dad isn't .... So I should be fine right? It's CPS... In the paperwork it says bunch of untrue and completely opposite the truth about me so that's another reason I'm going. Like I failed to go to domestic classes chemical dependency classes parenting classes etc and I have no record of such things on file in fact I got nothing but traffic tickets

As long as you show up to court and act like you want to be involved, they wont take your rights away. Its very hard to terminate someones rights, unless they just dont give a fuck, and dont go to court.
