Last poll before the final. Wii U is still considered current gen, I think, so this list may change over time.

Lots of great games on this list. Don't care what anybody else says; the Wii U was a great console with some awesome games. Shame it never really amounted to much.
Torn between Smash and TWWHD. Considering TWW is my favorite game of all time, probably gonna go with that,

This... with Deluxe out Bayonetta is the only reason I still own my WiiU. And Star Fox Zero... But thats a person pet love. Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed is pretty dope on the console too but now we arent talking about the top 10 anymore.

The fact that Wind Waker and Twilight Princess are the best games on the system is really a testament of how good Gamecube games were.

The rest I really didn't care that much about/didn't get. I'm a big Nintendo gamer and I honestly failed to find much out of the Wii U that applied to my interest range (So, for example, while Pikmin 3 may be a great game, I didn't get it because I'm not interested in RTS games). So it was, by far, the most disappointing console I ever had (Incidentally, I feel similarly about the Gamecube, but the GCN had a slightly more satisfying set of games for me than the Wii U).
Though I still had over 300 hours on the Wii U because of how long and grindy Xenoblade Chronicles X is, so can't say I didn't get my money's worth out of the console, even if XCX was pretty disappointing for me overall.

Voted Mario Kart 8, but WW HD and Mario 3D World are also great.

MK8 feels good. It has lotsa fun tracks and all the character and kart options are endearing. Also item bullshit keeps online from being too demoralizingly competitive.

WW HD was an amazing improvement on a game that was already a blast. Motion control aiming, a faster sail that also changes the wind for you, gamepad inventory, and (once upon a time) Miiverse Tingle Bottles to further liven up sailing made things so much better.

3D World is also lots of fun, especially with a friend. My friend and I had a lot of laughs playing through it together.

Only other game on the list I played was Smash, and that was kinda beaten to the punch by the 3ds version. Plus Smash Run > that Mario Party ripoff.

Breath of the Wild, since that's the only game I played on the Wii U.
