Might be venomous, though. Tyranthraxus posted... Looks like a hunting spider so probably not poisonous or at least not harmful to humans. these three it's a harmless-to-humans jumping spider. it is venomous, but the venom wouldn't do anything to you unless you have a weird allergic reaction. also spiders generally avoid biting humans, despite their reputation. it's not planning to build a web, either. :) I have 4 birds and one dog. The black widow is an outdoors spider so if you aren't messing around in forests or bushes you're never going to see one.
