Current Events > People that move from California to nearby states are ruining those places

I never thought I would be one of those people. Im just glad I moved to where I did when I did. They pay so much money from where they live, they come find surrounding states which have awesome prices and low population... then they come and pay absurd amount of prices for homes, everything gets inflated. Population gets jacked, highways used to be empty now its bumper to bumper with California plates, which they also dont change over because its cheaper than our registration(love giving out tickets for people that do this)

Now the locals cant afford homes, they dont assimilate into the local culture and try to turn it into mini California

That being said, I should totally visit California one day since Im 4 hours from san diego
