Easier than you'd think. I've been practicing 1/7, since it doesn't end.

0 7s in 1, pass 10
1 7 in 10, pass 30
4 7s in 30, pass 20
2 7s in 20, pass 60
8 7s in 60, round up.
...

The trick is to not have to remember more than one number at once, and instead of using remainders, add a 0 to it on the spot. Neat trick to impress people, especially if I can get really fast at it.
