Find other things to occupy your mind and your time until you've achieved a healthy emotional distance from this girl. When you're chillin at home just put your phone in another room so you're not constantly tempted to check it like "oh maybe she said something!". Give yourself at least 2, maybe 3 months before you start trying to date again. Gotta get this girl outta your system.
