I was walking back toward the hotel from the new building we're setting up from my job... I had my headphones on and was looking at my phone trying to figure out where I wanted to eat. I turn on the Google Maps walking directions and I'm just in my own zone and walking toward the restaurant.

I notice this guy walking next to me and he was clearly talking to me. I couldn't hear what he was saying, so I took my headphones off of my ears. Not sure how long he had been talking to me for at that point, but he was talking about how his mom had cut his dad a long time ago and almost killed him.

I'm immediately uncomfortable and creeped out... I started trying to inch away from him while I was walking, but he kept inching closer as I inched away. I turned down a street to try to end the conversation, but he turned with me and kept talking about crazy shit.

He kept going on and on... He started talking about how he's smarter than Google. He said he applied for a job with Google, and in the box where they ask for your expected salary, he put 25 billion dollars and was upset that they didn't even call him.

After a while, I realized I was almost to the restaurant, so I just stopped walking and let him keep talking. He eventually just walked away.

I am unnerved, to say the least.
